with l'orange sauce

Spring boneless leg of lamb glaced with a calamata olive tapenade
with a mixture of mediterranean spices

Pollo con Prosciutto
boneless chicken stuffed with marsala wine pork stuffing
wrapped in a prosciutto de parma

Pistachio Crusted Salmon
fresh Atlantic filet of salmon seared and topped
with a horseradish sour cream, fresh dill and pistachio nuts

Eggplant Rollentini
eggplant, battered and fried, filled with spinach and ricotta cheese
served with pasta marinara and focaccia bread

All entrees are served with roasted red bliss potato or rice pilaf,
and are accompanied by your choice of sautéed julienne vegetables or asparagus spears
